- When making reservations at our Bed & Breakfast or Bungalow keep in mind it is not the same as a hotel. We do not overbook in anticipation of no shows. We consider your reservation a verbal contract. We guarantee a room and you guarantee payment

PONDER COVE requires a TWO NIGHT reservation, 3 nights in Bungalow. Some exceptions made don't hesitate to ask.

Holidays are subject to a THREE NIGHT minimum.

Holidays include New Year's, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Room Occupancy is 2 persons ONLY in main house.

Cancellations within two weeks or ( 30 days in Bungalow) of arrival date, no shows and early check outs are subject to full charge.

Sorry, Bad Weather (unless it's a MAJOR snow storm) is not a factor for cancellations!

All packages are priced for two.

Don't forget $25 per a two night stay per pooch charge. For extended stays $10 per night. (2 pooches max per unit).

At the time of your reservation you will be charged a deposit in the amount of 50% of your reservation. We take MASTERCARD, VISA and of course cash or checks are welcomed. If for any reason you must cancel prior to 14 days (30 days for Bungalow) before your arrival date we will gladly cancel no forfeiture of deposit but a $50 fee will be charged. IF A CANCELLATION IS MADE 14 DAYS (30 days for Bungalow)or less PRIOR TO YOUR ORIGINAL ARRIVAL DATE or you depart early you will be charged for your original full reservation.
- CHECK-IN 4:00-6:00pm.
- CHECK-OUT 11:00am.
- The bungalow does not include breakfasts as a full kitchen is provided.

This is a non-smoking facility. Your co-operation is required. If smoking has been detected a $150 charge will be applied to your account.

If damages or extra cleaning is required due to negligence or misuse your card will be charged accordingly.

Guest agrees to hold Ponder Cove harmless for any accident or injury whatsoever that may occur on the rental property during occupancy.
- We are NOT responsible for Guests' personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or left behind. A $25 retrieval fee will be charged, and if found, the items will be returned at the Guests' expense if I can not talk you into allowing me to donate to the women’s shelter store in Marshall.
