Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 can pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup light cream
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 8 slices thick sliced brioche
Directions
Blend all ingredients in blender and then place in shallow bowl.  Dip bread slices to coat on both sides.  Fry in butter and serve up with butter and maple syrup.  This is a definite hit during the Holidays.
