Ingredients
  • 6 ounces smoked salmon shredded
  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 1 cup cooked wild rice
  • 6 ounces grated monterey jack
  • 6 ounces grated swiss cheese
  • 1 cup cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9 inch pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
