The MADISON ~ $175-195 This romantic accomodation now rivals the French Broad as our most luxurious since its redecoration. It features a king sized bed and flat screen TV with DVD/VCR. The atmosphere of this room is hard to beat with its year round fireplace and spacious bath/dressing room measuring 12 ft by 16 ft, furnished with reading chair, separate shower, hair dryer, fluffy robes and a magnificent double whirlpool tub. Down and hypo-allergenic pillows, are provided, in room AIR CONDITIONER and fridge.

MAX PATCH ~ $165-185 This grand room is named for one of our most noted points on the Appalachian Trail. It has a king sized bed that can be converted to two twins, a luscious sofa and wood burning pellet stove. You will appreciate its private entrance and porch and its grand size of 24 ft by 16 ft. This room has a large private bathroom with double shower. Enjoy fluffy robes, down and hypo-allergenic pillows, hair dryer and Central Air Conditioning, in-room fridge, TV, VCR/DVD.

| THE FRENCH BROAD ~ $185-205 Our largest room, this country chic suite is the most preferred by our honeymooners with its pillow topped king sized bed. On a grand scale (12 x 19 feet) you will enjoy your private bath featuring a luxurious double whirlpool tub, spacious separate shower and relaxing chaise. Enjoy fluffy robes, down and hypo-allergenic pillows, hair dryer, AIR CONDITIONER, year -round fireplace, in-room fridge, flat screen TV, VCR/DVD. This bedroom alone is on the grand scale measuring 12 ft by 19 ft. |

PONDER COVE requires a TWO NIGHT reservation, 3 nights in Bungalow. Some exceptions made don't hesitate to ask.

Holidays are subject to a THREE NIGHT minimum. |

Room Occupancy is 2 persons in main house. |

Holidays include New Year's, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. |

Cancellations within two weeks of arrival date, no shows and early check outs are subject to full charge. |

Sorry, Bad Weather (unless it's a MAJOR snow storm) is not a factor for cancellations! |

Don't forget $25 per a two night stay per pooch charge. For extended stays $10 per night. (2 pooches max per unit). |
In the main house all room rates include gourmet breakfast, fax and phone access, in-room refrigerators, and use of our inviting common rooms and expansive grounds.
The bungalow does not include breakfasts but you are welcome on the grounds of the main house. There is no telephone. Your cell will work fine.
This is a non-smoking facility. Your co-operation is required.
When making reservations at a Bed & Breakfast or cabin keep in mind it is not the same as a hotel. We do not overbook in anticipation of no shows. We consider your reservation a verbal contract. We guarantee a room and you guarantee payment. At the time of your reservation you will be charged a deposit in the amount of 50% of your reservation. We take MASTERCARD, VISA and of course cash or checks are welcomed. If for any reason you must cancel prior to 14 days before your arrival date we will gladly cancel no forfeiture of deposit but a $50 fee will be charged. IF A CANCELLATION IS MADE 14 DAYS or less PRIOR TO YOUR ORIGINAL ARRIVAL DATE or you depart early you will be charged for your original full reservation.
