minnesota quiche

• 6 oz smoked salmon, shredded
• 1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust
• 1 cup cooked wild rice
• 6 oz. grated Monterey Jack Cheese
• 6 oz. Grated Swiss Cheese
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup cream
• 1 tsp dried mustard
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1/4 tsp dill

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9 inch pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
