Pumpkin french toast
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/2 cup lt cream
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 TBL sugar
- 8 large bread slices
Blend all ingredients in blender and then place in shallow bowl. Dip bread slices in coating on both sides. Fry in butter and serve up with maple butter and maple syrup. This is a definete hit during the Holidays.
