Ricotta Scramble
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup ricotta
- 1 TBL butter
- 1/4 tsp fleur de sel
- 4 diagonally sliced baggette slices 1/3 inch thick
A particulary simple taste treat for breakfast....scramble eggs with chives and salt. Pour into pan on medium heat and stir until scrambled lightly. Remove from heat and stir in ricotta keeping the ricotta in recognizable chunks. Now divide over toasts and decorate with whole chives. That's it!
